Upper body work out

Today on the way to the gym my sweet boyfriend offered to snap a few pictures of my work out for a new blog post 🙂 He motivates me and is always there to help spark my creativity. He just finished his last semester of undergrad (so proud) which has given us more time to hit the gym together. Thanks for the blog post idea bobbo.

My workout consisted of a variety of assisted pull ups (3 x 10)

Assisted tricep push downs (3×10)

Seated pull downs (3×10)

Lateral raises, I alternated between both arms & then each individual arms (3×5), (3×5)

Bicep curls- machine/dumb bells/ ez-bar (3x 12)

Seated wide grip & closed grip low rows (3×12)

ISO lateral low rows (3×10)

Standing lat pull downs (3×10)

Cable triceps extensions (3×10)

Cable triceps push downs (3×10)

Bent over barbell row (3×10)

Bent over dumbell row (2×5 each arm)

Skull crushers (3×10)

A few more cable exercises that I’m not sure the name of (3×10)

Finish off with a 25 min killer treadmill HIIT workout to get the sweat dripping & endorphins running wild !!!!!
